Michael joined the company in 2007 and brought with him a wealth of commercial experience gained within the Telecoms Engineering Sector. As a self taught Six Sigma practitioner and whose skill set includes Project, Bid and Quality Management, Michael has helped deliver efficiencies and increased revenues to the company through  process  improvements identified as a result of stakeholder feedback, new technology, KPI performance management and increased client satisfaction. Michael is responsible for the Company response to advertised Tenders and PQQs, effective client liaison and new client acquisition as well as the Company Telecoms Systems
