As Supervisor/Project Manager, reporting to the Contracts Managers, you will take responsibility for daily on-site management of projects including flat roofing systems, metal roofing, composite cladding, rainscreen cladding and roof refurbishment on live construction sites and occupied buildings.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Contracts Managers to ensure projects run smoothly
• Overseeing daily roofing, cladding, and façade operations to ensure work matches project designs and specifications
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety
• Managing subcontractors, direct workers, and the delivery of materials and equipment on site
• Inspecting work regularly to maintain high standards and fix on-site problems quickly
• Liaising professionally with customers throughout the works
